Terms and conditions of sale
Article 1 — Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the sale of botanical food supplements offered by BOTANINCA on the botaninca.fr website, whether purchased once or by subscription.
Article 2 — Products
MACA³ and CAMU² are certified organic. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but cannot engage the liability of BOTANINCA.
Article 3 — Subscriptions
The monthly subscription benefits from a progressive discount of −11% from the first month, up to −20% for life at the Canopy tier. It can be paused, modified or cancelled at any time from the customer account area, with no cancellation fee.
Article 4 — Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is secured through Stripe.
Article 5 — Delivery
Dispatch within 24–48 working hours in mainland France. Free shipping over €50 or for 3-box subscriptions.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons.
